Hello FujiLovers! The June issue of FujiLove Magazine has arrived with a whole fresh batch of wonderful articles for you to enjoy.
Our cover contributor for this month is Kara Mercer, who is sharing with us the wonderful highlights of her recent trip to Morocco. She shares about the charm of the country, that goes way beyond just camels and pretty rugs!
Explaining how he uses his Fujifilm system is Waleed Shah, including demonstrating his exact setup for events, portraits and more. Bjorn Moerman is next up, taking us through the colourful Indian city of Varanasi while offering some tips on preparing for such a trip, what sort of gear to take and how to make the most of photographic opportunities while there.
Next up in Sue McLeod, who explores how the popular practice of mindfulness is related to the process of photography. Continuing with his ‘Simplicity in Seeing’ series, Olaf Sztaba shares some extremely powerful and moving stories collected from fellow photographers, reflecting on how the human experience can impact the way we shoot. Jens Krauer continues his own series, ‘Street Photography’, this month considering the ‘why’ behind the genre.
Taking us on a trip to Dublin with his X100F is Murray McMillan, who takes us through his experience of an unforgettable U2 concert at Croke Park. In this month’s interview, we’re talking to the super talented Nathan Elson, X-Photographer alumni and commercial photographer based in Alberta, Canada. He discusses shooting different genres, the Fujifilm gear he uses, his YouTube channel and more. Rounding up our June issue is Bal Deo, who explores the superb colours and details achievable with the GFX 50S.
