“Mono Lake Sunset” by Stephen Scharf
X-T1 + XF 18-55

“This image was taken in October, 2014 at the South Tufa of Mono Lake in the Eastern Sierra of California. I was there with a lot of photographers who were wating for a nice sunset. Unfortunately, it
appeared that there would not be a good sunset; the contrast went flat, no color, and all the photographers packed up and left. I stayed, knowing that sometimes you get additional color after it
appears it has initially gone. My patience paid off as i got beautiful color on the tufa and clouds over the lake.”

“Greenbrier, Smoky Mountains” by Eric Jason Brock
X-T1 + XF 10-24mm, B+W Circular Polarizer

“Last year for my annual trek to the Smokies, I decided to only take my Fuji X gear – leaving the heavy DSLR equipment at home was great. The whole experience of using the smaller, lighter Fuji gear was
fantastic. I didn’t miss any of the equipment I left behind, and it was this week of shooting that confirmed for me that the X gear could replace the bigger, heavier gear. Scrambling around the rocks to get this view of the Little Pigeon River was definitely easier with a backpack full of my Fuji gear instead of DSLR gear!”

“View from my window” by Per Gudnitz
S100

View-from-window

“The S100 was my first digital camera, so I was in for a steep learning curve. It is one of my first pictures and was taken on a summer day with low sun about 7 years ago. It is from London where I still live.”
