Venice Carnival with Damien Lovegrove and Tomash

· 15.September.2015

Ok, so today I have some really exciting news. I am more than happy to announce that the one and only Damien Lovegrove, master of portraiture and lighting will be joining me on the 2016 Venice Carnival workshop for Fujifilm X users. It is going to be epic!

Starting today you have a chance to sign up for what will be the most attractive Fuji X workshop of 2016. Venice during carnival is one of the most picturesque places on Earth. And together with Damien we decided to use this amazing location to throw an extraordinary workshop. We decided to combine and blend our experiences to give the workshop participants the best of both worlds. Damien will be teaching portraiture and indoor and outdoor lighting techniques. We will have models posing for us in some obscure and fascinating Venetian locations. I will be taking you to Carnival events and we will be photographing the costumed models, which is truly a real blast. We will be having portrait sessions in old hotels and palaces, as well as outside sessions on abandoned Venetian courtyards. We will photograph masked models in a gondola floating through the canals. And yes, we will also shoot sunrise at the St. Marco Square, visit the famous islands of Murano and Burano. I will be sharing some black and white techniques and you will receive free copies of the Macphun Software B&W Tonality app.

Fujifilm Italy will visit us with all the lenses and camera bodies! Yes, there will be some new offerings 🙂

We will be working in rotating groups, which means you will have a chance to participate in very different shooting scenarios and improve your photography skills in different areas.

Venice, 30 January – 4 February, 2016.

It is going to be a unique photography workshop in a unique location. We would be thrilled to have you in the group! Go ahead and find out more about the 2016 Venice Carnival FujiLove Photography Workshop and make sure you grab a spot before it is too late!
