FujiLovers, rejoice! Just in time for Christmas Fujifilm has released their newest firmware versions for the following X Series camera models: X-Pro2, X100F, X-T1, and X-T20.
X-Pro2
The most significant firmware update, to ver. 4.00, comes to the X-Pro2. The camera receives the following new features:
- the 4K video mode (excluding HDMI out)
- support for tether shooting via USB or Wi-Fi
- new AF tracking algorithm for moving subjects
- support of FUJIFILM X RAW STUDIO (for Mac)
- improved radio flash controller usability
- support for backup/restore of camera settings via FUJIFILM X Acquire
- support for “Instax SHARE SP-3”
- RGB histogram display and highlight warning
- re-start of AF function during a movie shooting.

X100F
New firmware version 2.00 brings X100F users following new features:
- support for backup/restore of camera settings via FUJIFILM X Acquire
- support for “FUJIFILM X RAW STUDIO” (for Mac)
- improved radio flash controller usability
- support for “Instax SHARE SP-3”
- OFF is added to the function allocation of the CONTROL RING SETTING
- focus point can be chosen when zooming in for precise focus.

X-T20
New firmware version 1.11 brings us the revision of a wrong display when “HIGH PERFORMANCE”. BOOST icon is removed when “HIGH PERFORMANCE” is set. It appears after upgrading to Ver.1.10.
