Fujifilm upgrades the firmware for X-E2, X-T1 and X-T10

Fujifilm upgraded three of their X series cameras with new versions of their firmware. X-E2 is the camera, which got blessed with the most significant upgrade. But also X-T1 and X-T10 received some minor improvements.

X-E2 gets the 4.00 firmware update

Huge step up for the X-E2: entirely new autofocus system, high-speed electronic shutter with a maximum speed of 1/32000sec, white balance bracketing, ISO Auto setting now enhanced with the AUTO1/2/3 setting, and much much more.

X-T1 gets the 4.30 firmware update

The newest firmware adds additional features requested by many users. It also makes the camera fully compatible with the Fujinon XF100-400mmF4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR lens that was announced on January 15th, 2016.

X-T10 gets the 1.20 firmware update

Two minor improvements for the X-T10: the new firmware supports focus limiter function for XF100-400mmF4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR and improves the performance of the eye sensor.
